- 3 teaspoons of Minced black truffle in EVO oil
- Porcini and truffle cream
- Artichokes and truffle cream
- EVO oil to taste
Preparation
To pepare the bruschetta trio, start by cutting the bread into round slices about 3-4 cm thick. Brush the slices with oil to evenly distribute the oil, then arrange them on a roasting pan lined with baking paper. Meanwhile, mix the ricotta and minced black truffle thoroughly in a bowl until smooth. Bake into a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 5 minutes, then golden brown for another 2 minutes.
