Ingredients (serves 4)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bring a large pot of water to a boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, cut the pork cheek into strips and brown it in the pan; when it becomes crispy, remove it and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once it reaches a boil, salt the water and add the pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the same pan in which you cooked the pork sheek. Let them cook for a few minutes in the cheek fat. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. If the bacon has released too little fat, add a drizzle of oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the indicated cooking time, transfer it to the pan and cook it with the sauce, adding half a ladle of the cooking water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the pasta is cooked through and a creamy sauce has formed, add the previously set aside pork cheek to the pan and toss for 20 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Serve and garnish with fresh truffle flakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
