- 500 g Ricotta cheese
- 50 g milk
- 120 g coconut flour
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 15 g sweet cocoa powder
- 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
Place the ricotta, powdered sugar, coconut flour, and milk in a glass bowl and blend using a mixer.
Once the mixture is smooth, divide it into two separate bowls: add both the sweet and unsweetened cocoa powder to one of them and stir thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
Take a piping bag and fill a small bowl half with the white cream and half with the cocoa cream.
Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
